City Of Temecula Hiring Summer Workers, $500 Bonuses

TEMECULA, CA — Even though it's still winter, the city of Temecula is letting the community know it is hiring summer workers — and providing $500 hiring bonuses.

"We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our City of Temecula Community Services Department and City of Temecula Aquatics teams this summer," the city posted to its social media sites last week.

The city is offering a $500 hiring bonus for new and returning employees.

Some of the available summer positions include:

• Lifeguards
• Senior Lifeguard
• Water Safety Instructors
• Summer Day Camp Director
• Summer Day Camp Counselors

For those interested in the lifeguard and water safety instructor positions, City of Temecula Aquatics will also be holding a virtual hiring workshop at 7 p.m. Feb 2. A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants (register at TemeculaCA.gov/Register). Underage students, including those 15+, are encouraged to have their parents attend the hiring workshop with them.
