Classes Canceled At Temecula School After Power Outage
BREAKING: Some high school students might be excited for an extra day off-- but parents were left scrambling Thursday morning.

TEMECULA, CA — Temecula Valley Unified School District officials canceled classes for some high school students on Thursday, due to a power outage on campus. Temecula Valley High School students were turned away from headed to class around 7:30 a.m.
"The TVHS campus is currently without power and So. Cal Edison expects the outage to last for most of the morning," TVUSD officials said Thursday morning. "We are canceling school for TVHS today."
Students who had already arrived prior to the decision to cancel classes were to be "supervised in the gym until parents can be notified for pick up," the district said.
