Community Recreation Center Pool Hosts Summer Pool Safety Party
It's National Water Safety Month in advance of summer, and Temecula invites all residents to get water safe for summer at this free event.
TEMECULA, CA — Come to the Community Recreation Center Pool on Saturday for a city-sponsored water safety event.
Head to the CRC Pool from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at 30865 Rancho Vista Road.
"Temecula is committed to providing resources for all residents to be safe when returning to warm weather activities around bodies of water, including pools, oceans and lakes," a city spokesperson wrote on the event's web page.

The event is free and open to all. Guests will learn water safety practices, interact with emergency officials from local firehouses and sheriff's departments and have the opportunity to practice in-water swimming skills.
Sunshine Hotdogs, Kona Ice will be available at the event. All who preregister can get a free Kona Ice during the event. The public swim will also be free to participants from 2 to 5 p.m.

The event is free to all who register in advance, and registration is open until May 27.
