Construction On 245 New Homes Underway In Temecula

TEMECULA, CA — Homebuilder TRI Pointe Homes announced this week it will open 12 model homes this weekend as part of the new Rancho Soleo housing development underway in Temecula.

The homebuilder is holding a "community-wide celebration" to kick off the model homes' grand opening on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with food, music and family friendly activities.

Located at 45100 Pechanga Parkway, the Rancho Soleo development will consist of 245 new homes with floor plans ranging from 1,372 to 2,356 square feet. Sixty-three two- and three-story, courtyard-style townhomes are being built; along with 103 two-story duplex and triplex homes with open-concept designs and private outdoor spaces; and 79 two-story, single-family detached homes with first-floor master suites.

Phase 1 of the development is estimated to be complete in May. Prices are anticipated to range from the high $300,000s to the low $500,000s.
