Discovery Isle Preschoolers Raise Over $1,450 for Local Nonprofit

Students at Discovery Isle Preschool in Temecula recently hosted a color run to raise money for Peach’s Neet Feet. Students were splashed with a rainbow of colors while earning donations for each lap they ran around the track. In the week leading up to the event, students also hosted additional fundraisers to provide shoes through the organization for children in need. Through their efforts, students raised more than $1,450, which will help provide 29 pairs of shoes. Through this giving initiative, students learned the importance of helping those in need.

Peach’s Neet Feet brings joy into the lives of children who have experienced great hardship in the form of chronic illness and disability. Services include painting and distributing personalized shoes, organizing and sending care packages and providing outreach parties to communities all over the country.
