This free event is what summer is all about. The fun begins at 6 p.m. with patriotic games and a chance to make a card to send to the military. Wartime Radio Revue's 16-piece band will perform hits from the '30s and '40s at 7 p.m. Vendors will be selling burgers hot dogs, lemonade and apple pie. The special "Balloon Glow" begins at dusk.
