In yoga, the hip joints are moved repeatedly and the muscles, ligaments and cartilage benefit from this movement, as well. This workshop will introduce the newer and more experienced yoga practitioners to safe, effective hip strengthening and opening, while keeping in mind that each person's hips are highly individual.
