THE FEET - Our Foundation

Invest two hours to learn about your feet; those mystery body parts that we have shoved into shoes of all shapes and sizes for most of our lives. This workshop will offer you movement tips to re-align your feet, which in turn has the potential to affect the health of your legs, hips, back, shoulders, neck, etc., etc.

Leslie Salmon has practiced yoga for 15 years and has taught for 10 years. She is an Anusara instructor and an E-RYT500 (Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level thru Yoga Alliance). Her love of yoga is fueled, in part, by the desire to know more about the body and the affect of each part on another.
