TEMECULA, CA - From The City of Temecula: Think you know what’s in your food? Join Lorie Brendecke, a Registered Dietician for the County of Riverside, as she explains not only how to read nutrition labels but also how to use that information to make better choices. Be Smart, Eat Smart takes place on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library (30600 Pauba Road).
