Front Street Plaza In Old Town Temecula Sells For $8.8 Million
The four-story brick-facade building at 28693 Old Town Front Street was sold to a private investor.

TEMECULA, CA — Front Street Plaza in Old Town Temecula, which sits in the heart of the historic district, has been sold to a private investor for $8.8 million, according to an announcement from CBRE.
Robles Brothers Investments, LLC, purchased the mixed-use property from Front Street Plaza Partners, LLC. CBRE represented both in the transaction.
The sale was announced Tuesday.

The four-story brick-facade building at 28693 Old Town Front Street was completed in 2014. It currently houses 25 residential apartments, 18 executive office suites and one penthouse open-air bar and restaurant, as well as two ground-level restaurants, including a speakeasy.
“The property is ideally located in Downtown Temecula,” said CBRE's Cray Carlson. “It stands out, and with its affordability housing component is much liked by the city. Temecula has established itself as a popular destination, which naturally created a lot of interest in this unique opportunity.”

The property’s executive suites/offices are fully leased, according to CBRE, and filled with such tenants as Realty Sky, California Lemon Lawyers, Edward Jones, Churchill Mortgage, among others.
The building's three restaurants are Luke’s, Tabu Sushi Bar & Grill, and Devilicious Eatery & Tap Room.
