Temecula Chinese School "Grateful to have you" Erkin Concert was a great success!
Since its inception, Temecula Chinese School has been grateful for everyone's support of our mission. This Sunday, the Temecula Chinese School has specially held a "Grateful to have You" concert with the famous musician Mr. Erkin, the Prince of Guitar, and successfully completed the afternoon at the Temecula Valley High School Golden Bear Theater
Distinguished musician Mr. Erkin Abdulla is a director of the Chinese Musicians Association's Pop Music Society, executive director of the China Flamingo Association, and formerly the Music Director of the Children's Art Troupe of the Colorful Kashgar. He has released seven albums, earned many awards at various international music festivals. He has been on tours in many European and American countries and had been invited to China’s CCTV Spring Festival multiple times. In 2012, Erkin held his personal concert at Baoli Theater in Beijing, China and studied at the Los Angeles Conservatory of Music in 2015. Erkin Abdulla’s music style is Contemporary Folk, Uyghur pop and Flamenco. He combines a variety of musical elements, including his unique voice and superb guitar skills. Erkin combined folk and modern music styles to create a cross-cultural and borderless global music style.
Mr. Erkin offered his love to the Temecula Chinese School and our community. At the concert, he and musicians performed many repertoires, some sad and melancholy, some warm and cheerful; his singing was passionate and melodious. The guitar sounds were flowing or energetic, and the penetrating music and devoted singing were directed at the audience. Applause followed one song after another. The full audience would clap their hands to the rhythm and sing along in climax. The concert came to a conclusion with the audience's satisfactions. After the concert, the Temecula Chinese School also conducted a live sweepstake, and the rare hearing feast ended successfully.
Anyone who are interested in playing guitar, please contact our school Temecula Chinese School-Non Profit to reserve a spot.
