Artisan's Palate is the home of three very different olive oils and balsamics, which begs the question, why do we have three? Simply put, they all offer something a little different.
Regalo Perfetto was the first Olive Oil Company to be brought into the shop. These olive oils and balsamics are flavor infused and some are rather unique. For example, the Blackberry Balsamic and Fig Balsamic are big local hits and aren't your run of the mill balsamics.
Farmer's Daughter was the second Olive Oil Company to grace our shelves. Farmer's Daughter offers a 25 star, 18 year Balsamic which is much thicker in consistency but is sure to please balsamic connoisseur. Farmer's Daughter does make the flavored olive oils as well but their flavor profiles differ slightly from Regalo Perfetto.
San Felipe was the last Olive Oil Company to be put up on our shelves. What makes them different than the other olive oil companies is that they do not do flavored oils. They use different varietals of olives to make their oils from Greek Olives to Spanish Olives to California Olives. These olive oils differ in taste because of the different natural flavors but are not flavored using anything else.
So there you have it; three different companies with three different olive oils and balsamics to offer. It really comes down to what you're looking for, and what your taste buds like, because they are all great and delicious in their own right!
