Husband, Wife Framing Business Moves Into Temecula's Incubator
3 Sixty-Five Framers, a new design, framing, and rough carpentry business, is getting a boost from the Temecula Entrepreneur's Exchange.

TEMECULA, CA — Brick and mortar meet business incubator and regional resource center with the addition of a rough carpentry business into Temecula Valley Entrepreneur's Exchange. A local family-owned carpentry business known as 3 Sixty-Five Framers is finding a new home inside the TVE² network, joining as a design, framing and rough carpentry business.
Currently, TVE2 houses seven other incubator tenants, including a multi-media agency, a small business consultant, an emergency management needs business, and others. All have the benefit of a rent waiver, with office space provided on a first-come, first-served basis until funding is exhausted, according to Mary Cervantes, the TVE² manager.
It's all in the name of supporting entrepreneurs.

"3 Sixty-Five Framers is a family-owned construction company that launched in 2022 and specializes in commercial and residential framing," Cervantes said. "The husband-and-wife team, Jose and Maria, have over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. They offer comprehensive structural design in framing and rough carpentry."
3 Sixty-Five Framers provides individual components of framing systems and any rough carpentry or associated work, including but not limited to the construction or installation of sub-flooring, siding, exterior staircases and railings, overhead doors, roof decking, truss members, and sheathing. In addition to wood carpentry, they specialize in structural metal stud framing, according to Cervantes. Currently, businesses being supported by the incubator include:

Cervantes discussed the benefit of being selected into the TVE² fold. A detailed application allows the staff to select entrepreneurs that will blend well with the vibe of the free idea exchange environment.
