I-15 Lane Closures Announced Thursday, Friday: What To Know
Lane and connector ramp closures are planned for Thursday night to continue work on the $33.5 million I-15 Smart Freeway Pilot Project.
TEMECULA, CA — Northbound lanes and connector ramps on Interstate 15 will be closed just south of Temecula starting Thursday night, the Riverside County Transportation Commission alerted the public. Another southbound ramp in the Corona area would also be temporarily closed on Thursday, according to a CalTrans alert.
The Temecula I-15 closures are scheduled from 10 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday, impacting connector ramps at Rancho California and Winchester roads, as well as Temecula Parkway.
One or more northbound lanes will also be shut down between the San Diego County line and Temecula, according to the Riverside County Transportation Commission.

To the north, on I-15, Corona Maintenance crews will perform landscape operations on Thursday, weather permitting.
Vegetation control will occur on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., closing the southbound I-15 off-ramp at Ontario Avenue.
