TEMECULA, CA — A man and woman driving a stolen car were found with multiple pieces of stolen mail after a deputy out of the Temecula Sheriff's Station conducted a traffic stop on the duo.

Daniel Minero, 43, and Michelle Montoya, 31, were pulled over Wednesday at 2:28 a.m. in the 41900 block of Moreno Road after the deputy saw that the white Honda Accord they were in had vehicle code violations.

Minero, who was behind the wheel, pulled into the nearby Motel 6 parking lot and stopped for the deputy. After a records check was run on the Honda, it was determined the car was stolen out of Riverside, according to the sheriff's department.
