Marijuana Raids Continue Near SW RivCo: 27 Searches, 10 Arrests
The most recent raid by the sheriff's department was announced Wednesday.

ANZA, CA — Another large-scale marijuana bust east of Southwest Riverside County was announced in recent days by the sheriff's department.
Three people were taken into custody after 12 search warrants were served Friday in Anza. Ma Wanjun, 59, Xu Xiuyun, 59, and Mathew Rimel, 53 — all Anza residents — were arrested during the raids, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
Approximately 2,927 marijuana plants were eradicated and 90 pounds of processed marijuana seized during the operation, the department said.

In a separate sheriff's department operation, six people were arrested Monday during raids on marijuana cultivators in Aguanga. Officials seized more than three tons of cannabis during the investigation. READ MORE: Raid East Of Temecula Nets 3 Tons Of Marijuana
