New Business Alert: Baskin-Robbins Now Serving Up Cold Treats, Gourmet Popcorn On Winchester Road

The new store has some special treats in store, including $1.50 scoops and their new gourmet popcorn.

MURRIETA, CA — As we enter another day of intense heat across the Inland Empire, one local business may have just the thing to keep you cool. Baskin-Robbins is opening their newest location today in Murrieta, serving up regular and kid-sized scoops for just $1.50.

The new shop has a full lineup of ice cream flavors and frozen treats. What's more, the new location — located at 39028 Winchester Road at Murrieta Hot Springs — becomes the first on the entire west coast to offer its newest creation: BR Gourmet Popcorn.

"The new Baskin-Robbins shop will serve the brand’s famous 31 flavors of ice cream, along with a range of freshly-popped and flavored popcorn in both sweet and savory varieties," company representatives say.

The specialty popcorn comes in flavors inspired by Baskin-Robbins' ice cream flavors, like Caramel Praline, Cookies ‘n Cream made with OREO, Sweet ‘n Salty Kettle and Icing on the Cake, as well as other options like Butter and Cheddar.

"We’re excited to be the first Baskin-Robbins location on the West Coast to offer a full lineup of BR Gourmet Popcorn," said Gary Yarborough, Baskin-Robbins franchisee in Murrieta and 2016 Baskin-Robbins Franchisee of the Year award recipient.
