WINCHESTER, CA — The newest McDonald's in Southwest Riverside County and California will hold its grand opening this weekend, owner Anna Marie Mestas announced. The Winchester McDonald's is located at 35934 Winchester Road, and the community is invited to celebrate this special event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
The new restaurant will provide jobs for over 100 workers, according to Mestas. At the grand opening, guests can enjoy menu favorites, face painting, and raffle prizes. Music will be playing from 99.9 KOLA FM, and live performances by the Temecula Valley Charter School Choir and the Menifee Valley Boys & Girls Club Dance Team are expected, as well as a meet and greet with some local dignitaries.
Senator Kelly Seyarto and Third District Supervisor Chuck Washington will be on hand to commemorate the opening of the new restaurant, according to organizers. Mestas will also present donations supporting the choir and dance team during the event.
