No Tricks, ALL Treats
Celebrity Ranch unites the community with their 2nd annual Halloween Farmfest

Sage, CA- While Temecula is becoming well known for its vineyards and wineries, its best kept secret may be a nonprofit children’s foundation in the heart of Sage. Celebrity Ranch, located at 39375 San Ignacio Rd, Hemet, CA 92544, runs an overnight camp for underprivileged children, operates outreach youth programs, and serves as a venue for both the girl and boy scouts, as well as many other community organizations. The “work to ride” program encourages local youths in equestrian, veterinarian and ranch experiences through dedication and hard work. For every 2 hours of volunteer service, be it mucking stalls, mowing or taking care of baby goats and giving mini donkeys baths, each participant is rewarded with 1 hour of riding lessons. As a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, Celebrity Foundation for Children is able to sign off on community service hours. Celebrity Ranch’s future endeavors include adding 4-H and FFA programs.
Currently, Celebrity Ranch is in full swing with preparations for their 2nd annual Halloween Farmfest. The farmfest is an opportunity for small businesses to get free advertising, the local kids to have a safe place to trick or treat, and an opportunity for neighbors to come together. When a local business “adopts” a booth, they are asked to bring Halloween themed decor from home along with 5 to 6 large bags of candy to decorate their booths for the kids. In exchange, they may advertise at no charge ALL day. EVERYONE is welcome and there is NO CHARGE. Parking, admission, participation, and even snacks are all FREE.
The day’s activities include costume contests, potato sack races, musical chairs, and more.
