Nominate a Hero

If you know a member of the military who is a hero, Temecula Patch wants to hear from you.

We're asking you to nominate somebody who is or was in any branch of the armed forces -- active duty or not -- so we can tell their story.

Tell us who the person is and why that person is a hero, and if we pick your candidate, you'll get a nifty prize from Patch.

Also, we'll ask you to put us in touch with the person, and we'll conduct and interview, write his or her story and publish it on Temecula Patch.

EDITOR'S NOTE: This contest comes in response to Temecula Patch's "Assign a Reporter" contest.

. Patch editors chose the one they found the most compelling and created this contest as a result. The idea came from a reader named Chris Herbers, who said he would like to read about heroic Temecula men and women in uniform.
