TEMECULA, CA — Gaucho Grill Argentine Steakhouse, a full-service Argentinian restaurant planned for Temecula, is hiring, signs outside the restaurant say.

The Temecula location is located at The Bank Building, at 28645 Old Town Front Street. They are currently seeking workers for both the front and back of the house, including kitchen staff, prep cooks, bartenders, servers, host and hostesses, support staff, and more.

"If you're an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment, we want to meet you," a Craigslist job listing says. The company is looking for candidates with verifiable experience and strong references and is asking job seekers to reply with a resume via email, according to the listing.

This is not "just another steakhouse coming to Temecula." This long-term venture, a labor of love by owner and restaurateur Adrian Amosa, brings a unique flair for food, warm hospitality, and the taste of Buenos Aires.

The building, which has served as a restaurant since 1978, has remained vacant for over a year at the corner of Old Town Front and Main Streets. According to Gaucho Grill's owner and the city's planning commission, the structure needs American Disabilities Act updates and other changes necessary for a modern business while paying special attention to its historic nature. The restaurant was slated to open in late 2025, which was pushed to the spring of 2026. No specific opening date has been shared yet.

Temecula will be the fifth Gaucho Grill location, joining its sister restaurants in Buena Park, Downey, Pasadena and West Covina. The Temecula restaurant is special, as it is near De Luz, where its owner calls home.

When you go, look for fire-grilled steaks, chicken, lamb, ribs, mussels, empanadas, mollejas, prawns, Argentine and Temecula wine, and more.
