Ingredients:
1/4 c Laura Ann's Peachy Queen jam (Available @ Artisan’s Palate)
1/4 c white balsamic vinegar (Available @ Artisan’s Palate)
1/2 c flavorless oil (such as canola or grapeseed)
1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla extract OR 1/2 vanilla bean, scraped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
