The Pizza Press Publishes in Temecula
Leading Fast-Casual Pizza Restaurant Wants Customers to Craft Their Own Story

The Pizza Press, a leading fast-casual, build-your-own pizza restaurant, has just opened at 30010 Temecula Parkway, Ste. 104. Elevating the build-your-own pizza experience, Temecula residents can now publish their own pizza and indulge in delicious craft beers and wine.
The new Temecula location will celebrate its grand opening with four days of events – friends & family, media, and a community ribbon cutting, leading up to The Great Pizza Giveaway, which will occur on Thursday, May 31st. To enter The Great Pizza Giveaway, customers will go to http://www.thepizzapress.com/g... and submit their email address. Those who enter will then receive a voucher via email for a free pizza to redeem at the restaurant.
“We pride ourselves not only on our fresh and local ingredients obtained through local purveyors, but on our customer service,” said co-owner Shahriar Younessi. “Our editors who create the pizzas are attentive to customers by walking them through our Pizza Press process and assisting with craft beer and wine pairings. We’ve created an elevated fast-casual dining experience with high-quality food and exceptional customer service all at a reasonable price.”

The location is owned and operated by friends and family, Shahriar Younessi, Amir Dehbozorgi and Omid Dehbozorgi, all whom discovered their desire for owning a franchise while working in the real estate development industry. Shahriar and Amir earned their experience state-side while Omid worked in the Middle East. Omid then came to the U.S. from the Middle East to pursue his American Dream of owning his own business with his family. The three are currently in the process of developing the shopping center in which The Pizza Press will be situated. This is the first of three locations they plan to open.
The Pizza Press is a unique concept dedicated to elevating the build-your-own pizza model to an experiential level, by creating an immersive 1920s Americana newspaper theme in which great food, craft beer, ambiance, and service are combined. Inspired by the mechanized dough press, The Pizza Press harkens back to an industrialized era when newspapers were the foundation of the community.

Temecula editors will help guests create their own custom pizzas or select one of the signature pizzas named after major newspapers such as The Times, The Tribune, The Chronicle, and others. The pizzas are published in just under four minutes and can be paired delectably with more than 22 different craft beers on tap, which change regularly and regionally. The location will also offer one red and white wine on tap. Build your own and deliciously prepared salads, gluten-free dough, and vegan cheese and topping options are also available.
The rapidly growing franchise has over 15 locations open in Southern California with an additional 30 restaurants slated to open by Q2 2018. The Pizza Press plans to have a total 300 locations awarded by 2020. The franchise is offering prospects exciting opportunities to be a part of the company’s nationwide growth.
