The event is set for Saturday at a local high school.

TEMECULA, CA — Heads up, Temecula! It's almost time for our "community clean-up." City residents are invited to dump off their household waste and large, bulky items this weekend's free event. The event is planned for May 12 at Chaparral High School.
"We are providing a central location where these items can be dropped off by TEMECULA RESIDENTS ONLY," the city said in a news release. Proof of Temecula residency such as a California Driver's License, CaliforniaID Card, recent utility bill, or property tax statement is required."
City officials say this event is designed to help you dispose of household waste and large miscellaneous debris that cannot go in your trash bins.
