Students to Get Study Help
Temecula Valley School District and the Public Library plan to offer assistance to students in need of help with their school work.

Schools and the library plan to offer programs to help students struggling with their studies.
Each school offers different programs and tutoring for students that need extra help, said Melanie Norton from the Temecula Unified School District.
“Parents should contact their child's school to find out what type of services they offer,” Norton explained.

The Temecula Public Library in conjunciton with the district also offers tutoring programs for students in need of help.
The library features a Technology Homework Center that has 24 computers available to students from kindergarten through grade 12.

The center is open Sundays from 1-5pm and Monday through Thursday 3-7pm.
Student will have access to 40 informational databases, Microsoft applications and can use the internet for research. The library encourages students to bring a flash drive if work needs to be saved.
One parent is looking forward to utilizing the library for her middle schooler.
“Our computer recently broke and the library resource will be a lifesaver this year,” Temecula resident Yolanda Diaz said.
