Sugar Ray & Spin Doctors Join Line-Up At Temecula Balloon Fest

TEMECULA, CA – Sugar Ray and The Spin Doctors will perform at Friday’s Beach Party Night at the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival, running June 1-3 in Temecula.
Headliner Sugar Ray, with lead singer Mark McGrath and multiple feel-good tunes, hit the charts in 1998 with “Fly” from its “Floored” album, followed up by “Every Morning,” “Someday,” “Falls Apart,” “When It’s Over,” and “Under The Sun.”
Having appeared on “Celebrity Apprentice,” “Celebrity Wife Swap,” and “The Office,” McGrath also is known for his four years as co-host of the entertainment show “Extra.”

Co-headlining on Friday is 1990s band The Spin Doctors, known for “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong.” The group's 1992 album “Pocketful of Kryptonite” produced five hit singles for the band, and went triple platinum, eventually selling more than 5 million copies. Hits include “What Time Is It," "How Could You Want Him (When You Know You Could Have Me?)," and "Jimmy Olsen's Blues."
The festival also recently announced its Saturday lineup with The Wallflowers, Lifehouse, Hoobastank and Fuel. Country Fun Day Sunday includes Justin Moore, Tyler Farr and RaeLynn.

The Wine Stage will offer headliners Kalimba-The Earth Wind & Fire Experience on Friday, The Lao Tizer Band featuring Chieli Menucci and Karen Briggs on Saturday and Pablo Cruise on Sunday. Friday and Saturday evenings, after the evening hot air balloon glow, DJ Pasha will lead an EDM After Party at the wine stage until closing.
The Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival is celebrating its 35th anniversary from June 1-3, as the Temecula Valley Wine Country celebrates its 50th.
Held at Lake Skinner Recreation Area at the edge of Temecula’s Wine Country, the festival includes food pairings, along with the musical performances.
Concerts are included in the general admission ticket price. Reserved seats are available for an additional fee.
