The 10th anniversary conference is titled "Human Being, Being Human" and will feature six speakers talking about "ideas worth spreading."

TEMECULA, CA —TEDxTemecula has announced it will hold its 10th annual conference, in person, later this month. In 2020, the conference was presented in a series of online events due the pandemic.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 25, TEDxTemecula will present "Human Being, Being Human," a program that will feature six speakers and take place at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater, 42051 Main St.
The speakers, according to a release, are some of the Temecula Valley's "brightest thinkers, visionaries and performers" and will present "ideas worth spreading."

Two of the speakers - Yudhister Kumar and Teresse Lewis - are from the greater Temecula area.
Kumar will talk about how all students can be more successful at math, if given the right tools, according to a release. Just a high school sophomore, Kumar already has completed the math courses at his current school and at Mount San Jacinto College, according to a release. Now, Kumar is tackling a more advanced and specialized instruction at UC Riverside.

Lewis, meanwhile, will discuss why some students thrive despite difficult circumstances and others struggle. Lewis is an executive director at The Empowerment Center in Temecula and a licensed therapist and social worker, who has helped many youngsters move from risk to resilience.
The other scheduled speakers at the event are:
Lena Evans: Founder of a San Diego-based organization dedicated to helping nonprofits and a two-time World Series of Poker Circuit champion. Evans teaches young adults how mind sports can sharpen focus when it comes to multitasking, strategic thinking and other skills.
Steven Kleinman: Will speak about trust and how it can enhance personal relationships and politics. During his 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Kleinman learned science-based strategies behind building trust, which he used while interrogating prisoners captured on the battlefield.
Corey McComb: Author of the book "Productivity is for Robots: How to (re) Connect, Get Creative and Stay Human in the New World," which is about McComb's experiences trying to break a cycle in which one works more hours, only to have more work still to do.
Rob Wang: He once worked with Fortune 500 brands and seemingly had everything, yet he battled serious depression. Eventually, Wang successfully navigated this period of his life. Now, calling himself a certified charisma coach, Wang helps other men in situations like the one he faced a few years ago.
Tickets to TEDxTemecula can be purchased for $60, $85 or $110, and lunch is included. The $85 and $110 levels also include access to a post-event speaker reception with hors d'oeuvres.
