Temecula Cheesecake Factory Announces Opening Date, Hiring Spree

TEMECULA, CA — The wait is almost over. The Cheesecake Factory will officially be serving up grub in Temecula in less than two months, when it opens to the public on Nov. 20, 2018.

Restaurant representatives announced the opening date on Thursday — while also announcing that they'll be hiring more than 320 new employees to staff the eatery.

"Hospitality-minded individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in an energetic, fun environment are encouraged to apply online now for exciting positions such as line cooks, prep cooks, bartenders, cashiers, servers, dishwashers, bussers and hosts," an announcement from the company stated.

The new restaurant is set to open at the Promenade Temecula, near Macy's, and will seat 243 people inside and 84 outside, according to the Press Enterprise.
