Temecula Dance Co. Instructor Suspected Of Sex With Children

TEMECULA, CA — A Temecula Dance Company instructor was arrested Monday on suspicion of sex with underage former and current dance students, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department announced.
Erik Eustacio Saradpon, 42, was arrested by deputies at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the 28404 Felix Valdez Ave. dance studio location on suspicion of sodomy with a person under 18, sodomy by force, and lewd/lascivious acts with a minor, according to jail records.
As part of the investigation, a search warrant was served at a home in the 39000 block of Sundance Circle in Temecula.

"Several evidence items were seized at the location," according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
A call to Temecula Dance Company was not immediately returned. According to his Instagram account, Saradpon is a dance choreographer.

Saradpon was booked into Southwest Detention Center and was being held in lieu of $55,000 bail.
According to John Hall, spokesman for the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, Saradpon's case was under review and no charges have been formally filed.
"The suspect is no longer in custody, so there is no immediate timeframe for making a filing decision," Hall said.
Jail records do not indicate Saradpon's release date.
