Temecula Fourth Of July Fireworks 2017: Parade, Family Fun Fest And Fireworks Times

TEMECULA, CA – Temecula is once again planning a grand celebration for this July 4, featuring not only fireworks, but a full day of family-friendly entertainment. The day will start off with the annual Temecula Community Pride 4th of July Parade in front of City Hall and then wrap with a magnificent fireworks display at Ronald Reagan Sports Park.

"The 4th of July Parade will be starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning," the city of Temecula says. "The parade will be running arch to arch, South to North. Parking is available at the Old Town Parking Garage (South of the Civic Center on Mercedes St). Old Town Front Street will be closed from 9 a.m. until about noon. You will be able to access the parking garage until 9:45 a.m. from the north end of town via Mercedes Street."

After the parade, revelers are invited over to the park for a festival. That starts at 2 p.m., however the park opens at 8 a.m.

City officials say there will be food vendors and a kids fun zone on site. The fun zone costs $5 to access, via a wristband granting unlimited use of the inflatable bounce area, games, prize wheel and face painting. It closes at 8 p.m.

At 9 p.m., the fireworks will be set off. A music simulcast will happen on KATY 101.3.

• Handicap parking is limited and first come, first serve. Arrive early to secure a parking spot.
• Uber/Lyft Drop-Off and Pick-up Zone will be conveniently located at first entrance to park off Margarita Road.
• ATMs located in the Food Vendor area only.
• Entertainment from 2pm-9pm on the main stage.
• CRC Pool is open from 11am-3pm.
• Entertainment is free excluding vendors and fun zone.
• No overnight camping allowed in the park.
