Temecula Horsemen, Cowgirl Color Guard Fundraise For Rose Parade
The Temecula Valley Horsemen are throwing a breakfast fundraiser to raise funds toward their Pasadena Rose Parade and Equifest expenses.

TEMECULA, CA — The Temecula Valley Horseman's Association is gearing up for two big events in early 2022, Patch has learned. In an effort to offset fees, they are throwing a breakfast fundraiser on Sunday, Nov. 28 La Cocina De Reyes Restaurant on Temecula Parkway.
The fundraiser runs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and is $13 per person.
It has been since January of 2020 that the Horsewomen of Temecula rode in the Tournament of Roses Parade. After the world shut down due to the coronavirus in March of that same year. Now, in 2022, the group has partnered with the Temecula Valley Horseman's Association to once again ride in 2022.

"During the pandemic, and its various event-related restrictions, we dreamed to ride in public performance and parades once again," they said. "We achieved success with acceptance to the 2022 Tournament of Roses Parade. This parade is projected to be the most anticipated parade in history."
The group will travel to Pasadena with a team of 28 people, 15 horses, a wagon filled with civic-minded leaders for the event, according to their spokesperson. They will be followed by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department MED unit and the Temecula Cowgirl Color Guard.
