Temecula Man, 50, Charged With Molesting Girl, 6, Jailed On $1M
The man was charged Friday with lewd acts on a minor and oral copulation with a child under 10, records show.

TEMECULA, CA — Lewd acts with a minor and other felony charges were filed Friday against a Temecula man accused of molesting his 6-year-old relative. Dana Leon Wilber, 50, was arrested and booked Wednesday into the Byrd Detention Center in French Valley on suspicion of felony sex charges, with bail set at $1 million, records show.
According to Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. Steve Fredericks, earlier this month, detectives received a report that Wilber had allegedly sexually abused the young victim, sparking an investigation.
"The victim’s mother immediately removed the suspect’s access to the victim upon learning of the sexual abuse," Fredericks said in a news release.
