Temecula Parkway Crash Slows Eastbound Traffic Near Temecula Hospital
Two ambulances were called to the scene of a two-car crash Wednesday afternoon in Temecula.
TEMECULA, CA—Two cars collided Wednesday afternoon, sending one person to a nearby hospital with injuries, Riverside County Sheriff's Department confirmed.
Shortly before 1 p.m., a crash occurred between two vehicles at Temecula Parkway and Avenida de Missiones, according to Sgt. Deirdre Vickers.
Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department confirmed that two ambulances were called to the scene of a two-car crash in South Temecula Wednesday afternoon. Cal Fire spokesperson Rob Roseen said, adding that "no one was extricated from either vehicle."

"No arrest has been made, and the cause of the collision is still under investigation," Vickers said.
By 3 p.m., traffic returned to normal, and no detours were in place.
