Temecula Physician's Assistant Arrested On Sexual Battery Charge

Additional victims are sought after the arrest of a 70-year-old Escondido man at an Enterprise Circle doctor's office Wednesday afternoon.

TEMECULA, CA —Additional victims are being sought after the sexual battery arrest of a 70-year-old physician's assistant in Temecula this week.

Harold Thomas Frank of Escondido was arrested just before 3 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of felony sexual battery and was released one day later on a $50,000 bond, according to jail records.

"In November 2023, the Southwest Sheriff's Station Investigations Bureau received a report of a sexual battery occurring at a healthcare facility located in the 27000 block of Enterprise Circle, Temecula," Sgt. Joe Narciso said. "The allegations involved a licensed physician's assistant victimizing a patient during medical visits in the examination room."

Investigators executed a search warrant at the location, later identified as Innovative Pain Treatment Solutions Clinic, where Frank was arrested.

"This is an ongoing investigation, and no further details will be released," Narciso said. "We believe Harold Frank may have victimized other patients during medical exams. We encourage these victims to contact Investigator Dawn Gouvion at 951-696-3000."
