Temecula Plans 'Region's Largest' Health, Community Resource Fair
The Resource Fair is open to individuals of all ages and needs who would like information on health- related resources.

From The City of Temecula:Please join us for the region’s largest Health & Community Resource Fair in Southwest Riverside County on Saturday, September 29, 2018, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Temecula Civic Center and Town Square (41000 Main Street). You will have the opportunity to receive the latest information on health-related resources and services around the Temecula Valley. Bring the entire family for the health of it, and enjoy free live entertainment, health screenings, and prize giveaways.
Mayor Matt Rahn stated, “I am proud that the City of Temecula is having its 8th Annual Health & Community Resource Fair which has continued to offer several resources and services that are available for all walks of life. These are resources that are critical for our community, and I hope everyone in the region will take advantage of the opportunity to attend.” Are you aware of the many free or low cost resources and services that may be available to you through non-profit organizations within our community? As part of the Health and Community Resource Fair, there will be a wide range of nonprofit organizations from our region, exhibiting various services from: health/wellness to special needs to veteran/military services and more.

Find available resources for children and families with special needs
Emergency preparedness and safety awareness for all
Free samples of products to improve overall health and wellness

Temecula Valley Hospital will be joining the City of Temecula in hosting the Annual Health & Community Resource Fair for the fifth straight year. We are proud to have the Temecula Valley Hospital this year again as a major, premier contributor, providing advanced hospital technology, screenings, services, and more. The Resource Fair is open to individuals of all ages and needs who would like information on health- related resources. Some of the free preventative health assessments and screenings include: EKG’s, blood pressure checks, glucose tests, grip strength tests, spinal scans, dental screenings, stroke screenings, balance assessments, visual acuity screenings, fall risk assessments, skin test screenings, peripheral arterial disease screenings, Lipid panels, oral cancer screenings, BMI’s Spirometry/lung capacity screenings, bone density screenings, speech evaluations, and more!
