Temecula's Barons Market Offering Free Ice Cream, Event Benefits Boys & Girls Club Of Southwest County
Barons Market in Temecula is offering free ice cream floats for kids from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Cool off in a super sweet way this weekend by heading to Barons Market in Temecula for free ice cream floats for the kids, and $2 treats for the "big kids."
And the cherry on top? The proceeds go to The Boys & Girls Club of of Southwest County, which includes two locations in Temecula, as well as a clubhouse in Murrieta and one in Lake Elsinore.
“The silver soda fountain spigot may be a thing of the past, but Barons Market can still bring Southern California a Sweet Summer Social filled with family fun and tasty ice cream floats,” said Rachel Shemirani, marketing manager at Barons Market, in a statement. “Plus, we get to celebrate the warm summer months by raising cool cash to help local charities.”
From noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, kids 12 and younger can get their free floats and adults can get floats, too, for $2 at the Barons Market in Temecula at 31939 Rancho California Road.
The one-day event will showcase four soda flavors to choose from: Virgil's Root Beer, Frostie’s Blue Cream Soda, Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Root Beer and Sprecker Orange Dream.
