Temecula's July 4th Fireworks 2020 Canceled: See Events Nearby

Only a few Fourth of July fireworks shows still are a go in the region, as three, planned displays dropped out this week in Inland Empire.

TEMECULA, CA — Independence Day events across the country will not look the same this year thanks to the coronavirus. Most cities and organizations canceled their in-person, Fourth of July events, including Temecula which canceled its fireworks and annual parade, opting instead for virtual activities.

At least three, previously scheduled regional fireworks shows also were dropped this week: in Lake Elsinore; at Lake Arrowhead; and in Big Bear.

But throughout Riverside County and the Inland Empire, live July 4th fireworks still are planned from Twentynine Palms and Agua Caliente in Rancho Mirage. Plus several communities are hosting patriotic, fun activities to do from home.
