TVUSD Seniors Invited To Scholarship Opportunity Information Session
Students and parents can head to the district office Wednesday to learn more about the local "Dollars for Scholars" scholarship program.

TEMECULA, CA — Parents of seniors and senior high school students are invited to the Temecula Valley Unified School District offices to learn more about a senior scholarship opportunity.
Dollars for Scholars information night will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, the district said.
"Students and parents are invited to learn more about our free program, how to apply for scholarships and swell as tips and advice from our volunteer community board members," the district reported in a recent announcement.

Scholarships open for matching on January 1, 2023 and will close February 1, 2023
Scholarships are good for both two and four-year schools, public and private institutions, trade schools and some online settings, they say.

Requirements are a 2.75 cumulative GPA, community service hours per the district's guidelines, a 300-word minimum, 500-word maximum essay, an uploaded fall transcript and two references.
The nonprofit has aided many students across the valley and scholarships will be awarded prior to graduation, for use in the fall 2023 school year. For more information, visit: temecula.dollarsforscholars.org.
