"Valley Predators" Football Team to Open Camp, Looking for Players
Roster spots are still available for the season that starts in July.
The Valley Predators, a semi-professional full contact football team based in the Temecula Valley, are set to officially open the 2014 season in June with training camp after spending the last three months in off season training workouts.
The Predators will start playing games in July in the newly-formed National Developmental Professional Football League featuring teams from Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino counties and one team from Las Vegas.
The team has an all-new coaching staff this season, led by head coach Jeff Pack and defensive coordinator Will Bennett.

The team is holding tryouts at each practice to fill remaining roster spots. Positions of need include wide receiver, offensive lineman, quarterback, defensive backs and kicker/punter.
