OK, maybe I am a cynic. Several months ago I received offers from Verizon to upgrade to FiOS Quantum. I thought the speed of my current FiOS was pretty good so I declined. Over the past several weeks the speed & range of my FiOS dropped dramatically. Hmmm - Did Version slow down regular FiOS to get people to upgrade to FiOS Quantum? Has anyone else seen a slow down?
