What does punk rock and jam have in common? Laura Ann, of course! Before she started making jams she was jamming as a drummer in a band. This Chicago native initially moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career in music but shortly after arriving, the band broke up.
She took this opportunity to refocus herself on the service industry and as one thing led to another, she found herself perfecting her Grandmother’s recipes using fresh ingredients from the local Farmer’s Market. It was just a matter of time that Los Angeles caught wind of her amazing work and started blogging and featuring her—she gained so much recognition that Oprah featured her on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
