Zach Hall Appointed Captain Of Temecula Sheriff's Station
Hall succeeds sheriff's Captain Lisa McConnell, who will now lead the Riverside County Communications Center.

TEMECULA, CA — Zach Hall, a 22-year-veteran of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, has been appointed to serve as captain of the Temecula Sheriff's Station.
Hall succeeds sheriff’s Captain Lisa McConnell, who has led the Temecula station since July 2017 and will now lead the Riverside County Communications Center under Sheriff Chad Bianco, according to Temecula City Manager Aaron Adams.
Hall's appointment became effective Jan. 16.

Hall joined the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department in 1998 and gained experience working at each sworn rank, from deputy sheriff to captain. He worked numerous specialized assignments within the corrections division, field operations and administration, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational leadership. Hall resides locally with his wife and family, according to the city.
“I am pleased to welcome Captain Hall to our executive staff," Adams said. "His decades of experience and leadership, including at every sworn rank level within the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, provides a solid law enforcement background that will serve Temecula residents and businesses very well.

“We wish Captain McConnell well in her new leadership opportunity and will continue to work with her as she takes command over the communications and dispatch services for the entire county, including Temecula dispatch," Adams continued.
The City of Temecula contracts with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department for police services.
