• Intermittent One-way Traffic Control for State Route 131 (SR-131) Capital Preventive Maintenance Project in September (ca.gov) — Expect daytime lane closures and one-way traffic on Tiburon Boulevard as Caltrans starts curb ramp and sidewalk upgrades between the 101 interchange and the Tiburon waterfront, with work running weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The project will add 28 improved curb ramps, affect some bus stops, and eventually include paving in 2027, all aimed at safer walking, biking, and driving into town.
   

• Tiburon producer aims to make scientists rock stars with 'Particle Fever' (thearknewspaper.com) — A Tiburon resident is helping bring cutting-edge physics to the stage by producing "Particle Fever," a new musical inspired by the Higgs boson discovery. After years distributing the original documentary, she's now leading the show's world premiere at La Jolla Playhouse next February, aiming to turn scientists into relatable rock stars for audiences far beyond Tiburon.
