1 Man Injured, 3 Suspects Taken Into Custody In Union City Shooting
A 44-year-old man was shot in the leg and police apprehended three suspects related to the incident, Union City police said.
UNION CITY, CA — Three suspects were taken into custody in connection to a shooting that injured a 44-year-old man in Union City on Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.
Police were dispatched at 12:36 p.m. to 8th Street and H Street just after the shooting. Arriving officers learned that a man had been shot in the leg. He was taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, the Union City Police Department said in a statement.
Three suspects were later taken into the custody in Oakland, where UCPD detectives took over the investigation.
