2 Masked Men Attack Victim In Union City Park

UNION CITY, CA — Police in Union City are investigating an assault with a deadly weapon incident that earlier this month at Dry Creek Park.

Officers with the Union City Police Department responded on Aug. 7 around 2:30 a.m. to a report of a subject yelling.

Responding officers located a man with severe injuries. The victim told police he was at the park to meet someone when two men wearing masks attacked him.

Police have not released any other details about the incident, and no suspects have been arrested.
