Man with knife near Wal-Mart today. I saw the most bizarre thing today and I'm wondering if anyone else saw or reported it. I was about to make the turn onto Whipple near Wal-Mart/Freeway entrance. There was a new Mercedes stopped in the lane for the freeway onramp, even though the light was green. He got out of his car and appeared to be beating the c$#% out of someone/something in the back seat. Then he stood up with a knife in his hand, put his hands out like "what could I do?", jumped in his car and sped onto the onramp. Whoever/whatever was in the back seat was small enough that you couldn't see anything through his back window. I was so stunned, I was halfway down Whipple before I thought of doing anything. Then I also realized that I didn't really have any factual information to give to 911. Did anyone else see this? There were quite a few cars at the intersection.
