• 14-year-old identified as Union City crash victim (ktvu.com) — A 14-year-old Palo Alto girl has been identified as the victim of the Sept. 11 car-and-box-truck crash at Alvarado-Niles and Decoto roads in Union City. She died after being taken to a hospital, and her family is raising funeral funds while authorities continue investigating the cause of the collision.
