Alvarado-Niles Road Reopens

UNION CITY, CA — Union City Police reports that traffic signals at Alvarado-Niles Road and Interstate Highway 880 are back on.

Earlier, a crash knocked out the traffic signals, caused a power outage and created a huge traffic backup.
