BART Worker Threatened In Union City
The suspect was arrested. He is not a Union City resident.

UNION CITY, CA — An Oakland man was arrested at the Union City BART station for allegedly threatening to harm the station agent.
BART Police report that 47-year-old James Rainey was arrested for making criminal threats, issued a and was booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
The commotion happened at 8 a.m. Saturday.
