Baseball Bat Assault: Union City Teen Arrested
The victim was also bitten and punched, according to police.

UNION CITY, CA — A teen was arrested last week in Union City in connection with an assault with a deadly weapon and other crimes.
Officers with the Union City Police Department responded Dec. 5 around 1 a.m. to the hospital on a report of an assault.
Police learned the victim got into an argument with the suspect, identified as a 16-year-old Union City resident, and was punched several times, bitten and hit with a baseball bat.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
